Seller Missions: Complete the Missions and Get Awesome Rewards!
What are Seller Missions?
Seller Missions are series of tasks set up exclusively for new sellers to make them more familiar with the different features of TikTok Shop. By completing the tasks, sellers will master the necessary information on how to operate the store, and at the same time increase business efficiency quickly. By accomplishing missions within their deadline, sellers will have the opportunity to receive attractive discount codes and promotional codes.How to Join Seller Missions
- Go to the Seller Center > click on the Growth Center > My Missions tab on the Navigation bar
- On the next screen you'll see a list of active missions. Follow the instructions and get rewarded!
Sellers can check the opened tasks in the Tasks section, click "Accept" to start a new task or "Continue" to complete the current task.
- You can tap 'Learn more' to learn about the steps and best practices before starting the task.
- With some task types, such as video posting or live streaming, the task status will be refreshed after the task is completed the next day.
Sellers can check completed/expired tasks by clicking "View Mission History"
After you complete the mission, your reward will be ready to use in "My Rewards" section.
How do I claim My Rewards?
- After you have completed your mission, a reward pop-up window will automatically appear. Click on the claim button to receive your reward.
- Note: Certain types of missions, such as posting a video or hosting a Livestream, the mission status will refreshed after the mission has been completed on the following day.
- You can view your rewards and check how many rewards remain available on Growth Center > My Rewards.
