Pre-orders
There are two types of orders: standards orders and pre-orders. Pre-orders typically cover customised or handmade items. Such orders generally require more time for order preparation and are therefore given extended delivery schedules. Packing and Labelling
To ensure the safety of both package handlers and your customers, you will need to follow these dos and don'ts as well as relevant local laws and conditions imposed by your Logistics Service Provider (LSP) when packing and labelling your orders.Shipping Methods
You can ship orders to your customers using one of two options - Ship by TikTok or Ship by Seller/Seller Own Fleet (SOF).- Ship by TikTok means we will fulfill your orders.
- Ship by Seller/Seller Own Fleet (SOF) means you can choose your own LSP to fulfil your orders. Do take note that this option is currently only available for some sellers.
